This Privacy Policy explains how SueWorkInjury.com (the “Website”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information gathered from individuals who visit or interact with the Website (each, a “User”). By accessing or otherwise using the Website, the User signifies acceptance of the practices described in this Privacy Policy. I. Nature of the Website; No Legal Advice
The Website is an independent, educational publication concerning New York workplace-injury law, third-party liability claims, and the interplay between workers’ compensation benefits and civil lawsuits against non-employer parties. D. Business Transfers
